Frequently Asked Questions for Alarm Lock - TP-1692 - Narrow Stile Exit Lock Tailpiece for Dor-o-matic 2090 Panic Device - Grade 1 Glass Door Lock Fire Panel Interface with Switching
What should I check before agreeing to a seller's proposed resolution?
Do not carry out an unverified instruction that conflicts with the documented product requirements. Keep any unresolved question explicit rather than assuming it was included automatically.
What should I check before ordering a product again?
A familiar product name does not guarantee an unchanged version. Use your earlier order reference to ask the seller a precise comparison question.
How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?
Start with what you directly observed about the issue. Separate observable facts from your interpretation of those facts.
