Frequently Asked Questions for SDC - 1512V - Double Electromagnetic Lock - Surface Mount - 1650lbs. - 12/24VDC - Satin Aluminum - Grade 1 Mortise Locksets UL 10C Auxiliary Locks Listed

What should I check before agreeing to a seller's proposed resolution?

Do not carry out an unverified instruction that conflicts with the documented product requirements. Keep any unresolved question explicit rather than assuming it was included automatically.

What should I check before ordering a product again?

A familiar product name does not guarantee an unchanged version. Use your earlier order reference to ask the seller a precise comparison question.

How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?

Start with what you directly observed about the issue. Separate observable facts from your interpretation of those facts.
