Frequently Asked Questions for Detex - V40 - Wide Stile Rim Exit Device - Less Dogging - 99 Strike - Fire Rated - 48" - Aluminum - Black Trim Home 125 VAC (3 AMP maximum

What should I check before agreeing to a seller's proposed resolution?

Do not carry out an unverified instruction that conflicts with the documented product requirements. Keep any unresolved question explicit rather than assuming it was included automatically.

What should I check before ordering a product again?

A familiar product name does not guarantee an unchanged version. Use your earlier order reference to ask the seller a precise comparison question.

How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?

Start with what you directly observed about the issue. Separate observable facts from your interpretation of those facts.
