Frequently Asked Questions for HES - 9600 - Electric Strike - Fail Safe/Fail Secure - 12/24VDC - Surface Mounted - 3/4" Thickness - Optional Finish Replacement Parts sold separately HERE
What should I check before agreeing to a seller's proposed resolution?
Do not carry out an unverified instruction that conflicts with the documented product requirements. Keep any unresolved question explicit rather than assuming it was included automatically.
What should I check before ordering a product again?
A familiar product name does not guarantee an unchanged version. Use your earlier order reference to ask the seller a precise comparison question.
How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?
Start with what you directly observed about the issue. Separate observable facts from your interpretation of those facts.
