Edmond Johnson, President

Edmond Johnson, Owner of Premier Manufacturing, Inc., in Frederick, Colorado, holds an MBA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University.

Before founding Premier Manufacturing Inc., Edmond held various management and middle management positions in Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain Management with IBM, AST Computers, US Robotics, 3COM, and Maxtor Corporation.  As CEO of Premier Manufacturing, Inc. Edmond applied his education and career experience to grow Premier Manufacturing Inc. to one of the largest, 3rd tier, contract manufacturing operations in Colorado. Premier Manufacturing Inc. was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies by Colorado Biz Magazine. Edmond is also very involved in the community, supporting various scholarship funds and charity programs.

Linda Tedder, Director of Operations

Linda, has 25+ years of experience in the electronics industry. Linda spent 18 years of her experience in the disk drive industry with Miniscribe, Maxtor, and Seagate Technology, all tier-one disk drive manufacturers. That experience gives Linda a keen operational background in production and supply chain management. Linda is responsible for all manufacturing operations including Shipping and Receiving, Production Control, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Procurement. Linda was key in expanding Premier’s physical building from 15,000 to 50,000 square feet and establishing an infrastructure to manage its growth. Linda has also established key strategic alliances with our tier-one parts distributors including Arrow, Avnet, Digi-key, Future, and TTI as well as established an off-shore relationship to procure high-quality, low-cost FABs from Taiwan. Linda was instrumental in the implementation of a new end-to-end ERP software system from Global Shop Solutions.

Stan has 20+ years of technical experience in Supply Chain Operations. Stan began his high-tech career at Honeywell Inc. where he worked as a test and process engineer for 14 years. He has held positions as a Quality Manager for companies such as DOVatron International and Flextronics International, and more recently as an NPI Program Manager and Hardware Technologist for Sun Microsystems. Now as the Quality Manager for Premier Manufacturing, he is responsible for all aspects of the Premier Quality Management System. Stan also manages the quality certifications that Premier Manufacturing currently holds, ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D:2016.

Vicki Hoff, Plant Manager

Vicki has been with Premier Manufacturing for 16 years; she started as a Production Supervisor and is now the Plant Manager. With one supervisor, three department leads on first shift and a lead on second shift, Vicki manages 72 production employees. Vicki oversees making customer commitments and working with her team to ensure that those commitments are being met. Vicki is also responsible for prioritizing work and making sure Premier employees are properly trained to Premier’s quality standards thus ensuring that quality products are shipped to Premier’s customers. Vicki manages one of our customers by receiving orders, scheduling the line and making shipping commitments. Vicki is also instrumental in resolving employee issues and making sure Premier provides a safe work environment for its employees.

Joe has an extensive background in manufacturing engineering.  His manufacturing work experience includes: Black Fox Technologies, Western Electronics, and Premier Manufacturing, Inc. Joe has accumulated more than 24 years in the electronics industry. Joe has been involved in plant layouts and developing new processes to improve efficiency. Joe presently and in the past has established continuous flow (CFM) strategies throughout the manufacturing floor. Joe has certifications and formal education in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, and Business Administration. Joe is currently taking online classes at University of Anáhuac (Mexico) for an additional degree in Religious Science. Joe is married to Carmen Carley and has 3 daughters (Priscilla, Emily and Natalie), 2 sons (Joseph and Anthony), and 2 grandkids (Jovanni and Jose). Joe loves to spend time with his family and he likes the outdoors.
